The Good Recruiting Company was built by Jill Wolhner, a startup veteran who has been recruiting for the last 15 years. She has worked in HR and recruiting leadership for companies like DigitalOcean, Fastly and Replicate. She also built underpin, an HR & Recruiting consultancy that worked with the likes of Jeli, Tailscale, Fly.io and more.

The mission of The Good Recruiting Company is simple, just like our name. We help teams make excellent hires quickly and we make it fun (because we truly love recruiting).
